Renaissance Ventures was founded in 1996 by Jack E. Fisher, who is presently serving as the Chief Executive Officer. Through the years the Company has built and maintained a solid reputation for creative development within the real estate industry. Renaissance Ventures has developed both commercial and residential tracts throughout the Atlanta Metropolitan Area and Western North Carolina.
Our mission is to maximize stakeholder value - while providing our customers with superior service -through the development, operation, acquisition, construction and management of high-quality real estate properties. The Company's primary focus is on the creation of value through the development and construction of quality residential properties.
We presently have over 2,500 acres under development as residential communities. We have sought to acquire quality tracts where we can use our creative expertise in the design and development of successful communities. Our principals have unique backgrounds that consist of years of experience working in both the financial and taxation fields. This unique background affords us the opportunity to infuse knowledge of conservation easements and tax law to create and market conservation subdivisions for the secondary home market.
Over the years Renaissance Ventures has grown into a fully integrated real estate construction and development firm. Various wholly owned subsidiary companies are guided by our Mission and provide general contracting services, real estate marketing, property and project management services.
