Jack Fisher
Mr. Fisher is the founding member and Chief Executive Officer of Renaissance Ventures. Mr. Fisher is also one of the founding partners of Agee Fisher, LLC, an Atlanta based Public Accountancy and Financial Consulting firm employing over 25 professionals.
Robert Whirley
As Chief Financial Officer for Renaissance Ventures, Mr. Whirley is responsible for all internal and external financial reporting, including coordination with financial institutions, investors and government agencies.
He has served with the United States Marine Corps where he received commendations. He graduated magna cum laude from Georgia State University and holds licenses as a Certified Public Accountant, Chartered Accountant and Registered Investment Advisor.
Debbie Heaton
Serves as the Corporate Controller of Renaissance Ventures and is responsible for the daily cash management, project accounting and reporting, and compliance issues. Mrs. Heaton has over 25 years experience in the construction industry, serving in varying capacities. Prior to joining Renaissance Ventures, Mrs. Heaton was the corporate controller for a mechanical contractor with revenues in excess of $50 million. Additionally, Mrs. Heaton was the director of the Accounting Services division of a public accounting firm. She holds a degree from Kennesaw State University.
Paul Tierney
Mr. Tierney serves as the Company’s Sales Manager and Managing Broker for a subsidiary real estate brokerage company in the Asheville, NC area. Mr. Tierney is responsible for the development and implementation of our sales directives and training of project sales teams.
Mr. Tierney is a licensed real estate broker and holds a degree from the University of North Carolina.
Anissa Leavell
As Director of Marketing for Renaissance Ventures, Ms. Leavell facilitates the marketing needs through the research, scheduling and placement of advertising and promotion of projects through local resources. Additionally she serves as a liaison between Renaissance Ventures and its building affiliates.
Julia Young
As Project Manager for our North Carolina properties, Mrs. Young is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our North Carolina developments. Additionally, Mrs. Young also serves as Corporate Secretary and administrator for a subsidiary property management company. Mrs. Young has extensive experience in landscape design and construction. Mrs. Young holds two degrees from North Carolina State University in Horticulture and Botany. This unique combination of experience and education provides a necessary perspective in managing our mountain developments while retaining the natural feel and beauty of the property.
