From the article in Southern Accents magazine:

The 2005 Southern Accents Showcase Community will open in the summer of 2005 at The Preserve at Little Pine in Asheville, N.C. as part of a special marketing initiative.

The community boasts a 4,000-square-foot flagship home, featuring the architecture and construction of the timberland Arts and Crafts style and showcasing innovative building products and interiors from Southern Accents advertisers.

Renaissance Ventures of Atlanta, Georgia is developing The Preserve at Little Pine community. The central home features a unique, rustic yet elegant architectural plan by Griffin Architects P.A., of Asheville, including two floors of dramatic windows and expansive deck space. The home overlooks many acres of old growth forest, giant rhododendron forests, and wetlands of the Great Smoky Mountains.

The project team also includes Fireside Interiors and builder Mark Barker, of MWB Construction, both of Asheville.

The house will be open to the public from May until October, 2005 and will be featured in a special advertising section in the July/August 2005 issue of Southern Accents. Guests will receive a free guidebook with admission.

A portion of the proceeds from the ticket sales will benefit a local charity.
